May 20, 2021 - WORK ON WEB SITE, AND HIT THE ROAD!

Hello, All!

Up until now, my web site has been what is called a “portfolio” site, where all my originals and prints are shown, but without the commerce function, aka the “shopping cart”. To order, a customer would have to call me with a credit card number, or mail a check. With a commerce format, the ordering process should be easier, and more like most of the web sites you see generally. In order to accomplish this, I have retained the services of a professional to help me get this changeover started, and once I have learned the system, I will be filling in all of my prints and originals. This may take a while, due to the sheer number of images I have amassed over the many years, but once done, it will be a lot more “user-friendly”.

I actually went to a car show a couple of weeks ago! It was the GoodGuys Rod & Custom Show in Raleigh, NC. I’m planning to resume a more normal schedule of events as this year progresses, and I will post a schedule soon. It will be nice to attend some automotive events again, roaming with camera in hand, and manning my exhibit, seeing and talking with many friends I’ve been missing during the “lost year”.

Speaking of the “lost year”, I sincerely hope that everyone is remaining healthy in these trying times. Things are improving gradually, so maybe we have seen the worst of it, and can resume a more normal life again soon.
